Built in 1905,  City House has been meticulously restored to retain as many of original features as possible.  The intricate, original plasterwork in the Parlor and  front hall ceilings is jaw-dropping, as is the Parlor itself which boasts 2 Italian fireplaces and stunning original hardwood floors.   The spacious Cafe in our basement has plenty of room for guests to mingle.  Three conference spaces provide opportunity for a meeting large or small.

The Marburg Conference Room: Allows for seating up to 12 at the round table with additional seating for 4.  Set up with GoTo Meetings video conferencing and TV with HDMI cable for presentations.

The Sperry Conference Room: Allows up to 8 people seated. Set up with dial-in conferencing system and TV with HDMI cable for presentations.

The Vault: Allows up to 4 people seated. Features our locally curated wine collection on display.  Has a TV and HDMI cable for presentations.

The Courtyard: Perfect for an intimate outdoor gathering. Available for use in Spring, Summer and Fall.

The Parlor: An elegant backdrop for your party or event.  Please note this space is only available for rent after business hours.

The First Floor :  includes the Parlor, Marburg, the Courtyard, the kitchenette, and back lounge area. Please note this space is only available for rental after business hours.
