BUSOG Mentorship Scheme: Mentee Recruitment Questionnaire
Thank you for signing up as a mentee on the very first BUSOG Mentorship Scheme! The scheme is open to foundation year trainees (FY1, FY1 and FY3)

We will be allocating mentees on a first come first served basis and contact you with your allocations as soon as we can.

The minimum requirements of the scheme are to arrange 3 in-person/virtual meetings over the course of the year to provide advice regarding portfolios and application to O&G and if possible opportunities for shadowing (on-call or theatre) and O&G related audits and projects.

By filling in this survey, you are consenting to the use of your anonymised data by BUSOG. This will exist as a spreadsheet that cannot be publicly accessed. Please email us if you wish to withdraw your anonymised data from this survey or have any concerns regarding this.
