This form is used to log attendance for students, especially students who are taking part in online instruction. Students who are participating in online instruction must submit this form each school day by 8:00 P.M. Any online student who does not submit this form by 8:00 P.M. will be marked absent and must submit proper documentation regarding the absence from school.
