"Print-ready" artwork means artwork that is at least 300 DPI and a suitable resolution for your needs. If you're unsure if the art you have is print-ready, please select that below. Additionally, you must obtain commercial rights for any artwork used for merchandise items.
Please note: To ensure we can properly meet everyone's events (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Debuts, etc.), we must have all completed artwork 2-3 months before the desired merchandise launch date. This is especially true for new V-Oshi Partners.

Please understand that while occasionally accommodations can be made to work on tighter deadlines, please expect to work as much in advance as possible!
