Women in Games Social Media Co-Ordinator Application Form
Women in Games is looking for a Social Media Co-Ordinator to support the Director of PR and Communications and also maintain and develop our social channels. They will report to the Director of PR and Communications and the Women in Games Executive Team.

The role will be part-time and hours are flexible and will be a minimum of 8 hours per week - which can be spread out across the week

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver social media campaigns in line with KPIs

Work closely with internal stakeholders to fully understand the social media requirements across all departments

Write briefs, content and proposals

Maintain and update our accounts across all major platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok, and any other accounts deemed necessary by the senior team

Create engaging text, image and video content that will be shared on the public forum

Responsible for following any conversations relative to the posts and to interact with public response

Maintain a proactive approach to communications on all channels and develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics

Stay informed of upcoming trends and developments within the field of social media

Driving best practice and improvements through regular review of performance against key metrics and objectives
