As opposed to previous portfolio checks, many of these criteria are binary (you either did it or you didn't,) so there is no subjective grading. For example the first criteria, "all pages are used or relevant," isn't really something you get a 3/5 on. You either did it (5) or you didn't (0). As such, if you pay attention to the rubric and the questions below it should be very straightforward to get a 100% or at least a high A

2. All web pages/tabs are either used or relevant to your portfolio *
3. The site has a home page which introduces the portfolio *
4. Portfolio includes a page with either a resume or list of tools/skills *
5. All project pages are updated to include either a finished project or whatever final resolution was reached at the end of the semester *
6. Evidence of your most recent project work *

7. Your project poster is embedded (on weebly you can do this with the "Scribd Document" command) *
8. Portfolio addresses feedback from most recent portfolio check (look at the feedback form I dropped in your student ID# folder) *
