Effective 05/15/2021, parents are no longer required to submit a daily health certification prior to dropping off their student at school.  Parents should perform a health assessment each morning prior to drop off.

If your student is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or if you child has been in contact with someone  positive for COVID or under investigation of having COVID, please do not send your child to school.  Contact Prentice as soon as possible at (714) 538-4511.

Prentice will continue to perform a temperature check upon arrival.
