Optional Family Input Form for 2021-2022
The purpose of the form is to gather parent/guardian input to assist with creating balanced classes for the 2021-22 school year. Staff carefully consider a number of factors to create balanced classroom communities, including gender, academic levels, second language needs, special education needs, talented and gifted needs, and behavior needs. Your input is also important. Requests for specific teachers are not accepted.  

You can provide input for any or all of your students who are planning to attend Terra Linda in the fall. Just click "Submit another response" to provide information about more than one student.

Families will be notified of class placements prior to our Meet your Teacher event in August.
