Pleasure Portal - Pool Portal: July 13, 2025

By signing this waiver, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with your participation in the Pleasure Portal - Pool Portal event (the “Event”) hosted by Cassandra Schwartzman of Spiral Path Services, LLC (the “Host”).

I understand that the Event may include activities that involve physical, emotional, and sensory engagement, including but not limited to interactive sensory experiences, group activities, and the use of legal libations. I acknowledge that participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and that I am solely responsible for my own well-being, choices, and actions during the Event.

I understand that while the Host has taken measures to create a safe and respectful environment, there are inherent risks in any group gathering, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or exposure to allergens. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.

I agree to respect the boundaries, autonomy, and consent of all other participants at all times. I understand that the Event is a space for exploration and connection but is not a sex party, and any form of non-consensual behavior will not be tolerated. I acknowledge that I am responsible for communicating my own boundaries clearly and honoring the boundaries of others.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Host, its organizers, facilitators, volunteers, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may occur to me or my property during the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that at this pool venue, there is a weight limit of 250LB for the diving board and 200LB for the slide. I will respect these restrictions and if I choose to break these restrictions and damage is incurred to the facilities, I understand that I will be held personally financially liable for the repairs. 

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and in good physical, mental, and emotional health to participate in the Event. I agree to refrain from any legal or illegal substances before or during the Event that would render me intoxicated and/or impair my judgement. If I choose to partake in any libations provided at the Event, I do so at my own risk and will consume them responsibly.

I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Host and to immediately inform the Host if I feel unwell, unsafe, or uncomfortable at any time during the Event.

I understand that the Host or other attendees may take photos or videos during the Event for personal or promotional purposes. However, due to the intimate nature of the event, NO PHOTOS OF NUDITY WILL BE PERMITTED. THIS APPLIES ALL ATTENDEES & HOST. NO EXCEPTIONS. If I am found to be taking nude photos or videos of others without their consent, I will be removed from the event immediately without refund and banned from all future events.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded in a causal and clothed manner, I will notify the Host and other attendees at the Event. I grant the Host permission to use any images or footage of me for future promotional materials unless I have explicitly opted out in writing. 

If I choose to take personal photos or videos during the Event, I agree to:

• NEVER photograph or record ANYONE partaking in nudity at the event.

• Always ask for explicit verbal consent before photographing or recording anyone.

• Respect the wishes of anyone who declines to be photographed or recorded.

• Refrain from sharing any images or footage that could identify others without their explicit permission.

I agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all participants and their personal experiences shared during the Event. I will not share any identifying information or details about others' experiences without their consent. I understand that this is a sacred and intimate space, and I commit to honoring the trust and privacy of all attendees.
