What is your experience, short story? If we have a fair celebrant, they will use some of this in their introduction. *
Briefly describe the demonstration. Examples include: inviting yogis and interested yogis to join a cuing of a teachable flow or dance; asking them to participate in a sound immersion; or starting an active discussion, demoing elements of a personal practice or  commenting on the sutras. Offer a sequence that's good for back pain. 

Give details so we know what to expect - will you bring / need props?  sound? If you have handouts, be sure to save one for the scrapbook master.

Let us know any time constraints so we can do our best.

If there are more applicants than sessions, we will look at the kindred demonstrations from a full-day's programing point of view to present the scope, depth and energy of yogi practice in the Two Valleys.
