The Lakeville Mountain Bike Team would love to have you  join us! We have a limited number of openings on the team for new riders. Please fill out the following information to be placed on our waitlist. Riders will be added to the team as space allows on a first come first serve basis after completing this form. You will be contacted via email based on your place on the waitlist, should a spot open for registration. If you have multiple riders, please submit a new form for each rider.
