大会において発表をされる方を対象に、発表日の託児の費用補助希望について調査をさせていただきます。今大会においては、会場の部屋数に大きな制限があり、託児室を設ける部屋が確保できない状況にあります。そのため、希望する会員が独自に託児を手配し、それに対する費用を補助することを検討しております。

そこで、今回、どれくらいのニーズがあり、どれぐらい費用がかかるのかを把握するために調査をすることにしました。

ただし、現在、大会予算はハイブリッド対応と対面の会場費用で費用が大きくなっており、赤字になる可能性が高く（現状は赤字予定です）、補助希望をいただいても実際に補助できるかどうか、いくら補助できるかなどは現時点では不明です。また、予算の見通しが立つのが直前になってしまいます。実行委員会としてもなんとか予算を確保したい他の部分での予算を圧縮しながら検討を進めております。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

また、ベビーシッターを提供している会社についての参考情報ですが、明治大学では株式会社小学館集英社プロダクションとベビーシッターの法人会員契約をしています。学会員が割引を受けられるわけではありませんがご参考まで。

We will be surveying presenters at the conference to determine if they would like to receive subsidies for childcare on the day of their presentation. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, due to the limited number of rooms available at the venue, we cannot secure rooms for childcare. Therefore, we are considering subsidising the cost of child-care services provided by members who wish to do so independently.

However, the current budget is likely red due to the hybrid and the venue. It is unclear at this time whether or not we will be able to provide subsidies on childcare or how much we will be able to subsidise. The budget forecast is not available until the very last minute. The Executive Committee is looking for ways to secure a budget while reducing the budget in other areas.
