Hello! We are holding our Executive board selection period from early December to the early January to fill in the positions of;
- SECRETARY
- EVENTS AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR
- VICE PRESIDENT
- MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS CHAIR

This will be the process:

1. Fill out this survey by JANUARY 8th. We would like all our members to fill out the survey honestly and as thoroughly as possible. Everyone has gifts and we would like to know what they are!
*Please note that filling out this application does not guarantee a position.

2. The current E-board will review the applications and prayerfully pick their top three persons for each position.

3. Selected members will get an email/text informing them of the position and duties. Selected members will then choose to ACCEPT or REJECT the selected position.

4. January - On January 15th, the new E-board will be announced. In the following weeks, the old/new E-board will train the newly selected E-board members and explain the applications, programs, and which documents that they use, in addition to support in planning for the remainder of the school year

5. Transition Period: January 25 - The newly selected positions will begin their semester!
