This is the application form for the 2023 'The Thinking Body' Training with Lisa Petersen and faculty starting 16th February 2023

Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions (available here) before you fill out this application form.

Course Investment : €1,700. Early bird €1,450 until January 7th, 2023.
Deposit fee of €150 is required. You can pay the deposit fee here and €1,300 balance for the Early Bird Price is payable when your place is confirmed on the course. We will confirm your acceptance within a week.

If your application is accepted, the deposit will be credited towards your course fee and we will send you the rest of the payment details and you will be added to the private. We will refund the deposit fee minus administration charges of (€5) if you are not offered a place.
