Christmas in Colchester 2020 will be a special time for us all this year. After the recent impacts of COVID-19, we are now looking to understand how Christmas will play out in the town centre. We are looking into how Late Night Shopping will work this year and our idea is to brand this as a "quiet time", "less busy" or "NHS time".
