We are looking for organised, analytic and responsible minds who can take charge of ensuring a smooth hiring process along with regulated record keeping and functioning of interns.Timely reporting, coordination and ability to interact well with the team mates is a must. Hiring responsibilities, supervising work flow of interns and maintaining records will be essential roles.

It is an unpaid internship initially; however, after successfully assessing the quality and effectiveness of the intern's work, the internship stands a chance of turning into a paid internship after a period of 3-6 months. The internship also provides an immense exposure window.
The interns will get a direct experience of executing programmes, the hiring process and shouldering responsibilities, managing interns and their schedules.
Please Note:
- Working hours needed: 4-8 hours between 10 am to 8:00 pm every day
- A certificate will be provided after successful completion of the term
- Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct
- Minimum tenure for this position would be 6 months, with the first 3 months being probationary. The intern will initially go through an unpaid training process, upon which we will confirm the stipend, based solely on his/her performance.
