THANK YOU for participating in our Wolf and Surfing Turtle Custom Stocking (also birthday and gender reveal customs)! Lead time for this stocking will depend on sales, but estimating somewhere around 3 weeks.  If you need your birthday or gender reveal diapers shipped sooner than 3 weeks, please note the ship date on the form and be sure you don't have any non-rush diapers on the same order.
This form must be filled out by Tuesday, January 9th at 11pm CT.  IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT YOUR FORMS BY THE TIME WE ARE READY TO PRINT CUSTOM TICKETS, WE WILL DESIGN YOUR DIAPER FOR YOU!

Some bodies may be more limited.  If something runs out, we will pull it from the form and honor any over-sales of body requests in order of INVOICE NUMBER.  TAKE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT THE FORM AS ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE!  Thank you so much and happy designing!  

Embroidery disclaimer: Minor imperfections in embroidery stitching are very normal.  You may see some stitching fall outside of the border, slight gaps between border and stitching or stitches that are not completely smooth.  There may be some puckering around the embroidery where it doesn't lay flat. Breakage of the fabric is also to be expected to some extent.  It is impossible to avoid completely when embroidering stretchy laminated fabric.  To keep your embroideries looking nice and new, use FRAY CHECK at the borders where you see any little tears in the fabric (breakage) to prevent runs.  We try to pull out any with more noticeable flaws and issue discounts for 2nds, but even what passes as first quality may not always be perfect as it is just the nature of embroidery on PUL.
If you are sending in PUL to be used for wings, it must be NO SMALLER than 12" x 12" even for a single wing.  Larger is better, especially if needing a set of wings that have specific cut placement.  You must have a note inside the package with your name.  You must also send a picture of the fabric to Whitney Widel via FB messenger clearly letting her know what body/embroidery/size the pictured wing fabric will go with. When you fill out the form, you must enter 'wing fabric sent in, pic sent'.

If we don't have enough of a certain size/color, they will be awarded in order of invoice/order number.  If we over-sell, you will be contacted.  Colors marked 'old generation' are not as durable/heavy as our new gen colors.  OG prints may have slight print inconsistencies.  IF YOU WON A LIMITED BODY GT AND WANT TO USE IT, WRITE IT IN THE 'OTHER' OPTION.
