Courier Practices Survey

This survey is meant to update and build upon data on courier practices originally gathered by AIC during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data will be used to examine how attitudes towards and methods of alternative courier options have continued to develop post-lockdown, and identify areas for further development and resource-building. We would like to acknowledge the work Beth Edelstein and Sarah Scaturro did on the first iteration of this survey. In some instances, this survey re-uses their wording word-for-word to enable close comparison of the original and updated survey data.
