What is Title IX?
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects people from discrimination on the basis of sex. People are protected from being excluded from participation in, being denied the benefits of, or being subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
Who should complete this form?
Guests, visitors, or other public parties with knowledge of prohibited sexual conduct within the college.
Who should NOT complete this form?
Members of the RMCAD community (students and employees) with similar concerns should report them at http://resolve.rmcad.edu/.
What is prohibited conduct?
- Discrimination on the basis of sex
- Sexual harrassment including quid pro quo and unwelcome conduct
- Sexual assault/rape
- Dating/relationship violence
- Stalking
- Gender-based harassment

Who should I contact with questions?
The College’s Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Compliance serves as the institution’s Title IX Coordinator and coordinates the College’s compliance with Title IX. All reports of potential violations of this policy should be made to the College’s Title IX Coordinator (alternative contacts provided in case of a conflict of interest). The following individuals serve on the Title IX Team and receive copies of this form.
What if it's an emergency?
Submissions using this form will not be responded to outside of normal business hours. If there is immediate risk to health or safety, please call 911.
Please note that this form accepts submissions from both RMCAD.edu and external email accounts. Reports of incidents of sexual harassment or sexual violence may be made through this form anonymously and/or confidentially. The form does not collect identification beyond what submitters voluntarily provide and disclose.
