ELC of Mt Horeb                                         VBS/DAY CAMP Registration 2023
DATES: June 19th - 22nd, 2023
   VBS - Vacation Bible School (3 years old - Kindergarten) 9:00 - 11:30 AM *
   
   ELC DAY CAMP (Entering 1st - 5th grades in the fall)  9 AM - 3 PM
      (On June 21st, our Day Campers and Kindergarten children will travel to Sugar Creek Bible Camp to 
       experience their Explorer Day. They will leave at 7 am from ELC and return at 5 pm that special day. We will         need drivers for this day.)

LOCATION: ELC of Mt Horeb, 315 E Main St, Mt Horeb, WI 53572

COST PER CAMPER: $25 for camper
     Cost for Sugar Creek Day is included for the week
     (Ask Brenda about scholarships if needed)

FOR Kindergarten - Day Campers: COMPLETE REGISTRATION WITH SUGAR CREEK AS WELL

Go to the Sugar Creek Bible Camp website:  http://wp.sugarcreekbiblecamp.org/

Click on Online Registration

Login to an already established account if they have been to Sugar Creek previously or create a new account as needed.

Under Registration, click Add New Program 

Group Hold Registration- Enter GHRID here (ELCMTH)

Select the appropriate program and week. (Explorer Day - June 21)

There should be no payment needed. ELC is paying the fee for the Explorer Day.

Complete required forms:

  • Camper Profile
  • Health/Medical forms

*Children MUST be toilet trained – No diapers or pull-ups and
child must be 3 years old by/on May 1st, 2023

Camp fees may be paid online through our website (ELCMTHOREB.ORG) or mailing donation to our church, 315 E Main St. Mt Horeb. (Please add $1.00 for processing fees, if paying online.)
