Notez que ce formulaire d'inscription s'applique seulement pour l'activité "Nuit sous zéro qui aura lieu jeudi le 8 août et débute à 19h30 ". L'enfant doiti quitter le lendemain entre 7h15 et 8h. L'activité se déroule exclusivement à Rockland et ne peut accepter qu'un nombre limité de participants.

Please note; this registration form is for the sleepover at the Library “Subzero night" which will take place at the Rockland branch on Tuesday, August 6th starting at 7:30 PM. All participants will need to be picked up between 7:15 and 8 AM the next morning. Places are limited so register early!
