EMDR+ Concierge/Intensive Program Screening Questions
The screening questions below will help us determine if the EMDR+ Concierge/Intensive Program may be a good fit for you.  In these concierge/intensives sessions your therapist may include one or more of the following types of therapy that they are trained in: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Attachment Focused, and/or Solution Focused.  We call it EMDR+.  

Each situation is unique so answering yes to the questions below does not necessarily prevent you from receiving services.

Information on the EMDR+ Concierge/Intensive Program
There are several reasons we started to provide Intensives.  One is that sometimes you spend more driving to and from therapy than actually in session.  Also, once in therapy, there's often a crisis or situation of the week that takes up time in session keeping us from working on the deeper issues that need to be worked through which in turn would help with those weekly situations.

EMDR+ can be adapted to each person’s need and dependent on your therapist’s recommendation & availability.

EMDR+ sessions are a more flexible model of therapy to provide you with the support you need quickly and effectively.   EMDR+ sessions are focused on personalized treatment plans that zone in on specific goals. My goal is to help you get relief faster and more efficiently, so that you can live your life in more of the ways you want.  

Intensives are a great way to address very specific traumatic events, very recent traumatic events, & other significant events that currently cause you distress. 

Insurance, Cost & Payment Information
Canvas Counseling and Wellness, PLLC (CCW) and their therapists practicing under CCW are currently not in-network with insurance so sessions will be paid out-of-pocket.  There used to be extended sessions codes so that intensives could possibly be reimbursed more for out of network but unfortunately those weren't accepted as of Jan 2023.  A Superbill can be given by it is not likely that insurance will allow for more than 1 hour per day to qualify for out of network benefits.  Per the 2022 No Surprises Act guidelines, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided.  

1st we will do a consultation call to determine if this is the right fit.  If it is, we'll talk through your goals and decide on the length of your intensive.

Investment for Intensives (paying half at least 3 days prior): 
Rebecca (EMDR, ART, IFS, SE)'s Intensives include full day or half day options.  
(Additional therapy options you can request: walk & talk, sand tray/expressive arts, equine, & more below)
  • Full Day: 
    • Intake (1 hr, 3-7 days prior).  Including but not limited to: prep & review workbook, collaboration with current therapist, etc. $500
    • Up to 6 hrs total (lunch included or on your own).  Option to include during your intensive: concierge coordinating, booking, & collaboration of other supportive services for nervous system support and regulation such as cranial sacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, etc.  $2,400
  • Half Day: 
    • Intake (1 hr, 3-7 days prior).  Including but not limited to: prep & review workbook, collaboration with current therapist, etc. $500
    • Up to 3 hrs total.  Option to include during your intensive: concierge coordinating, booking, & collaboration of other supportive services for nervous system support and regulation such as cranial sacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, etc. $1,200

Janette (EMDR, Attachment Focused, Solution Focused, CBT)
Intake included in Half day (3 hrs) $1,000

After you have completed your intensive, together we will assess what is best for you moving forward.  You may choose to continue to work intensively or meet for weekly, bimonthly, or monthly sessions (Superbill will be provided).
