Winter Sports Registration
Online registration and physicals must be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday, November 21st. *Any registration submitted after the above mentioned dates will result in a late start. *
 
Physical forms, dated on or after October 28th, 2021, must be dropped off to the Nurses Office NO LATER THAN  Monday, November 21st. Any physical turned in after the above mentioned dates will result in a late start.  

Participation fees dropped off to the Athletic Office, Room 120, must turned in NO LATER THAN  Monday, November 21st. Participation fee is $100.00* (One hundred dollars) checks are made payable to: Newington Athletic Fund.  Please make sure the name of the registered student athlete is on the check or the envelope when the participation fee is turned in.  Failure to turn the participation fee in to the Athletic Office and/or failure to put the student-athlete's name on the check or envelope when the money is turned in may result in a late start.
