Atlantic Presenters Association Respectful Event Agreement

By attending this event, we all agree to abide by this agreement.

We, the Atlantic Presenters Association (members, board, and staff), and the event attendees, agree that we commit to contributing to a space that is accessible and free from oppression, harassment, and discrimination. At this gathering, we will treat ourselves and each other with respect and dignity, regardless of age, race, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, religion and all other diverse identities. We will not tolerate any acts of racism, white supremacy, sexism, heterosexism and cissexism, homophobia/queerphobia and transphobia, sizeism, ableism, ageism, or physical and sexual violence and harassment. 

Anyone not abiding by this agreement may be asked to leave the event by the organizers.

Covid-19 Policy

Atlantic Presenters will follow all government-mandated health and safety rules related to Covid-19. In addition, ShiftChange reserves the right to mandate additional measures to protect the health and safety of patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff, which may include masking, proof of vaccination, and Covid-19 testing for entry to venues.

If you feel unwell, or are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please protect yourself and others by staying home. Full refunds will be provided to anyone unable to attend due to illness.
