What is OneVoice?
OneVoice is a contest hosted by OneFest for the opportunity to perform at OneFest 2024! This event will take place on the Little More Stage.
The mission of this event is to provide a place for young Christian singers to showcase their abilities while using their God given talents to praise God, which will result in exposure on the OneFest website and other social media platforms.
How do I enter the contest?
To enter, submit a video of yourself performing one song with an introduction of the song title and songwriting credits. We are not expecting professional quality videos, however, we must be able to clearly hear the singer’s performance. There is no fee to enter.
There are two categories – 12 years or younger AND 13-18 years old
The application DEADLINE is June 1, 2024
How are finalists chosen?
A panel of judges will review each application video, score out and determine the finalists who will then have the opportunity to be at OneFest 2024. They will be judging the applicants by evaluating a singer’s overall quality: ability/technique, presentation, professionalism.
Selected singers are to have 2 songs prepared; each song should be 4 minutes or less. One song will be for the preliminaries on Friday, August 2nd and another song if you move on to the Finals on Saturday, August 3rd.
Are there prizes involved?
If you are selected as a finalist to perform at the festival, you will receive 2 free Full Event Passes for the 2024 OneFest Music Festival (1 for the singer and 1 for an accompanying adult.)
If you are first place winner in each category on Saturday, August 3rd, you will also receive $50 towards OneFest merchandise, as well as receive 2 Toby Mac Meet and Greets and 2 RESERVED Seat Tickets for OneFest 2025. The runner up in each category will receive a $25 OneFest Merchandise credit and 2 General Admission Tickets for OneFest 2025.
