We are a safe space for all runners with coaches who support and embody inclusivity including, but not limited to: all body types, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, ages and all backgrounds.

Because we offer so much more than "just" run coaching, Mindful Miles isn't for everyone and we're honest about that! 

The Movement, our group coaching membership, is $125/mo and our individual services start at $369/mo.
