2023年7月〜11月に開催される「SENDAI MAKERSPACE  TOURS 2023」のお申込みフォームです。

  • 募集人数：各回8名（先着順／要申込）
  • 申込締切：各回開催日の2日前締切
  • 参加費：TOUR1〜2 ¥2,000／TOUR3〜8 ¥1,000
  • 集合場所：詳しくはお申込み完了時にご連絡いたします。
※お手数おかけいたしますが、参加を希望する回ごとにお申込み下さい。
※12歳以下の方が参加される場合、保護者の同伴が必須です。※各スペース間は、地下鉄と徒歩で移動します。大変恐れ入りますが、地下鉄乗車費はご負担いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

This is application form of 「SENDAI MAKERSPACE TOURS」 will be held from July to October 2023. For detailed information about the event, please see the following page.
  • Booking limits : 8 person for one tour / reservation required, first come, first served 
  • Deadline: 2 days before each date of tours.
  • Participation fee: TOUR1~2 = 2,000JPY / TOUR3~8 = 1,000JPY 
  • Meeting place : will be informed when your application accepted.
※Please apply for each session you wish to attend.
※All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
※We are going to take a walk and use the subway between workshops during the tour. So please pay your ticket by yourself.
