OverviewThe Frame Administration course is designed to provide Frame customer administrators the knowledge needed to use Frame DaaS to deliver virtualized applications and desktops to end users. At the completion of this course, attendees will be able to:
- Describe the Frame architecture, including its relationships with public and Nutanix AHV infrastructure.
- Navigate the Frame platform hierarchy.
- Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC).
- Configure and manage non-persistent and persistent Frame accounts.
- Understand operational best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues.
The course will be conducted over Zoom. This course assumes the attendee has none to some hands-on experience as a Frame administrator and understanding of at least one of the four supported infrastructures (AHV, AWS, Azure, and GCP).
