TNS Community Mutual Aid Request, Participation, & Inquiry Form
This form was created by a small group of TNS faculty and staff to assess the needs our community with the advent of COVID-19, racialized violence, and economic insecurity.   Our intention is to come together and to support the community now and in the future.

If you are experiencing reduced employment, separation from the university, altered work schedules, life challenges such as increased medical expenses, or an increase in household needs (food, childcare, eldercare, or transportation due to being required to be on campus - particularly extended to those who feel unsafe using public transportation), use this form to articulate the assistance you require.

You will be contacted via our collective email address (NewSchool.mutualaid@gmail.com) and by Open Collective directly to accept an invitation and submit receipts for reimbursements or pending bills that detail balances.  Your information will always be held confidentially and respectfully.   We are here for you.

In the past, we have applied a distribution cap on annual disbursement but as we draw down on the balance and archive the collective, we will distribute funds on a case by case, so please communicate all your needs. We will be accepting requests through September 30, 2022.
