Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and hunt into ideal target companies to identify the best opportunities and educate and qualify leads (sales qualified leads - SQL) to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Develop target prospect lists and execute cold (phone calls and emails) outreach to leadership at targeted accounts.
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and chat to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads.
- Follow the established Algomox sales process and consistently use our sales tools to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.
- Close the deals and convert prospects to paying customers with the help of sales engineers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline by engaging with sales, pre-sales, and account teams across Algomox for your line of business
- Exceed quarterly assigned quota.
Qualification:
- MBA or equivalent course with a minimum of 65% Marks (2021 batch).
- B Tech or computer or IT background with marketing/sales as electives is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and passionate about sales jobs.
- Outbound prospecting and selling skills.
- Self-Starter with a hunter mentality.
- Strong ability to learn new technology at a high level and ramp up quickly.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with C-Level execs and senior customers.

Remuneration: Can earn up to 8L per annum (fixed + variable).
Fixed: - INR 2.71 L per annum
Variable: - 2% of the deal size as commission variable pay upon revenue recognition.
Maximum remuneration (fixed + variable) has capped at INR 8L per annum.
