This survey will help me develop a documentary series addressing disparities in healthcare between different demographic groups. I started this project as a response to my own experiences with medical bias as a young woman with chronic illness, but am looking to expand the discussion to include issues faced by other identity groups. If you or someone you know has experienced medical bias, please share your thoughts and experiences in the survey below.

The purpose of this survey is to learn about how race, socioeconomic class, sexuality, and other factors influence medical care. All answers are ANONYMOUS unless you choose to provide your information at the end of the survey. Interested participants will receive information about focus groups, interviews, and production schedules.
