Janes Island Participants,
Where:
Troop 291 is heading back to beautiful Janes Island State Park on the eastern shore in Crisfield, Maryland, about a 1/2 hour south of Salisbury, Maryland. The park address is 26280 Alfred J Lawson Drive, Crisfield, MD 21817.
What:
You don't want to miss this trip! We will be camping, canoeing, fishing (optional), crabbing (optional), and spending a day at the park's private beach! The scouts will also have an opportunity to work on their rank and merit badge requirements.
When:
Friday September 20, 2019 6pm to September 22, 2019 Noon.
We plan to meet at Thurgood Marshall ES at 6:00 pm on Friday, September 20th, leave by 6:15 pm, and arrive at Janes Island State Park around 10:00 pm to set up our tents. On Saturday morning, we will have breakfast and pack lunch before we go canoeing and spend the day at the park's private beach. On Saturday evening, we will make dinner and hang out at the campsite allowing time for scouts relax and/or work on their requirements. On Sunday, we will have breakfast, clean up, and leave the park by 10:00 am, arriving back to TMES by Noon.
How much:
The cost for this trip is $65 per person which includes food, camping fees, and boat rental.
If you are interested in going on this trip, please complete the sign up form and indicate your swim level, boat preference, and any preferred boat riders. You must go through this sign up form for each *ADULT* and *SCOUT* attending the trip.
Please note that this trip is limited to 54 scouts and parents. Boat assignments may be limited and are based on preference, availability, and skill level. All attendees should be able to swim. Life jackets and paddles will be provided.

Once you sign up for a trip, your fee is required and expected whether you attend or not. Due to food planning and registration committed fees refunds are not possible.
