Technology Donation Form
Thank you for your interest in donating to the Spy Hop Youth Prevention Coalition Tech Donation Project! Your donation will be used to support digital equity in Salt Lake City by providing access to technology and resources to support families with academic engagement and positive youth development.

The process is easy! Complete and submit this form to let us know what you would like to donate. Our team members will be in touch to schedule a time to pick up your items. Our team will securely erase devices, return them to the factory settings, and install all necessary system updates.

Items we can accept:

Servers, Towers and Desktop Computers – Less than 5 years old
LCD Monitors – Less than 10 years old
Laptops – Less than 5 years old
Smartphones & Tablets*
*Reset/Restore to factory settings for both phones and tablets before donating
Networking Equipment
Mice and Keyboards
Power Cords and Cables

We are not accepting TV’s or printers at this time.

*Don’t forget the power cords and accessories! Please include the passwords along with all the parts, accessories, and software necessary to function.

The Spy Hop Youth Prevention Coalition
The Spy Hop Youth Prevention Coalition formed in 2019 to address the identified needs and challenges of urban youth. The Coalition exists to foster youth wellbeing while strengthening prevention capacity and infrastructure within the community and across the state. The Coalition utilizes community-level data to address the identified community risk factors. Coalition member organizations include:
