IB Exam Registration Form
1. Enter your name exactly as you wish it to appear on your IB Diploma or IB Certificate.
2. Complete the registration information.
3. Check the subject exams you intend to take THIS MAY.
4. Submit to Mr. Parsons no later than October 16th

Payment

IB exams cost the student/parents $40. If you qualify for free and reduced lunch, the cost is $10. Student/parents have until November 1st to pay for their exams. Students may submit payment to Mr. Parsons with cash or check.
