Pre-Register for the Snowflake Celebration!
Pre-registration form for the Snowflake Celebration! The dance will take place on March 2nd from 5-7PM. We will have games, crafts, and more. Pizza and drinks will be available to purchase at the event. 

Please fill this out by February 29th by 11:59 pm so we can ensure there will be enough food and drinks will be available for everyone. 

Tickets will be sold at the door for $20 (includes one parent/guardian and one child), $5 for every additional person in your household attending. Excited to see you all there!
