Flat Gap Elementary: Summer Camp Registration

Flat Gap Summer Camp will begin Tuesday, May 28 and end on June 21st 8:00am -2:00pm. Students are expected to attend classes daily (Monday-Friday), arrive on time, and come prepared. Academic support in reading, writing, and math will be provided every morning with afternoons focusing on enrichment, hands-on activities.

The district will provide bus transportation, breakfast, lunch, and snacks for all students. Teachers will contact parents with bus numbers and other essential information/expectations.

Please complete this form for each child that you will have enrolled in Flat Gap Elementary Summer Camp no later than May 3rd.
