SCPS Elementary Day Care Interest Survey
Parents, Southampton County Public Schools is gauging interest for on-site daycare at each of our elementary schools. Please list each of your students that would need daycare on this form. This is interest only at this time. We will close this survey at midnight Thursday, April 22, 2021. We will then be able to determine our capabilities at each site.

Daycare Details: Daycare will be provided both before and after school at each elementary school location. Before school times will be 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and after school times will be 1:45 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Parents of students will need to fill out this interest form to be eligible to be added to the day care rosters.
Daycare Fees: At all locations; Mornings only- $25 per week. Afternoons only-$30 per week. Morning and Afternoon-$45 per week. Official registration will be confirmed by each school, with parents. There are discounts for multiple children. Fees are to be prepaid by the Thursday of the week prior to attendance for all children.
If you currently have an outstanding balance with your child's school based care account, you will not be eligible for this year's program until this balance is paid. In order to be eligible, your balance will need to be paid prior to Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
