Fees:
$100.00 deposit for A teams (DeWolfe, Jones and Ritchie) and AA teams,

This fee is non-refundable, but will be applied towards registration if the team is accepted for membership.

Code of Conduct and Rules
These documents can be viewed on the league website www.mswsoccer.ca and must be read by all team officials prior to the league starting.
Discipline Panel
Your team is required to give the name of at least 1 person who is willing to serve on a League Discipline Panel if a panel is needed to hear discipline matters during the season.

By signing below, the team agrees to abide by the MSWSL Code of Conduct as agreed to by the members of the League and accepts the minimum sanctions as laid out in the Code.  In doing so, the team, its officials and players waive the right to appeal the jurisdiction of the League in applying the sanctions in any matter covered by the Code.
