Please read the following rules before completing the application.
NO food will be served without the proper health department permit. You must have a fire extinguisher on hand. Set up will be Thursday, May 6th from 5-8 pm, or Friday, May 7th from 7-8:30 am. Security will be provided on both Thursday and Friday night. Tear down will be on Saturday, May 8th immediately following the event. The event house are Friday from 9-6 and Saturday from 9-4:30.

Pendleton Business Association, downtown businesses, and the town of Pendleton are not responsible for loss, damage, or security. All rules and regulations set by the Pendleton Police Department, the Pendleton Fire Department, and the Town of Pendleton will apply and be obeyed.
Applications are due by April 18, 2021
Please complete both the Registration Form and Waiver, as well as payment, to secure your spot. You are able to pay online below. Once this form has been submitted, a completed copy will be sent to the email address provided for your records. Booth assignments will be sent out by May 1st.
