Dear 5th Grade Families,

Below please find the supply list for 2021-2022. This will also be posted on the school website. Please indicate whether your family will purchase these supplies, or if you would like the school to do so. Please note that supplies purchased will need to be exactly what is described below. Teachers plan curriculum, desk and classroom space, and activities around the supplies students have. It's important that all students have the same supplies. The deadline for completed forms is no later than August 1, 2021.

- Pencil Pouch (1/student) (11”x9" model)
- Pencils, Pre sharpened Ticonderoga - 1 pack / student
- Pencil erasers
- Set of THIN Colored Markers
- Ruler/Geometry- SEE image below
- Post-its, size 3x3 (3 “stacks”/student)
- Composition books (2/student)- Lined, wide-ruled
- THIN Expo Whiteboard markers (2/student)
- Highlighters (2 colors/ student each)- yellow and one other color
