Level of Sponsorship FAQs:
- How do I pay for my sponsorship level/s?: Author Amber Rodgers will send you a PayPal invoice for the sponsorship level/s you have chosen.

- How soon should I expect to receive the invoice?: Invoices are sent out on Monday & Friday's of the week you fill out the form.

- Do you offer the option to put a down payment or deposit on the sponsorship?: YES, we offer a minimum down payment or deposit of 1/2 of the sponsorship level chosen.

- How long do I have to make my down payment or deposit payment?: The deposit is due within two weeks of the invoice being sent.

- When is the remaining balance of my sponsorship due?: The remaining balance of your sponsorship will be due six months before the event. This makes the remaining balance due by December 25, 2023.

- What happens if I miss the deadline to make my final payment?: If you need extra time to pay the remaining balance, please reach out. If you miss your final payment and have not reached out to make other arrangements you will lose your sponsorship level that had been chosen. Your sponsorship level will drop down to an equal or lesser value. For example: if you only put down a $100 deposit on your level 4 sponsorship, you will be moved to level 3 that has a $75 value.

- If I decide I want to sponsor a higher level, am I able to do so?: Absolutely! You can definitely pick up another sponsorship level or you can change your current to a higher level at any time before the final payment is due.
