We are excited to be offering the first ISTA Family Fusion Experiment, July 24-31 2019, West Virginia, USA!

As of 6/1/2019, we welcome not just ISTA graduates but all interested attendees: parents, children, grandparents, stepparents, guardians and other allies.

This application asks for contact information, ISTA experience, food and housing preferences.  If you are bringing children, we'll ask about their ages, education, hobbies, health conditions and other items that will help co-create a unforgettable transformative experience.

If you plan to attend with a family or group, please include everyone on this application.

The $500 deposit can be made by:
1) Credit card (there is a 3% fee for this service) at https://istafamilyfusion.com/product/deposit/
2) Check payable to: Sarah Taub, and mailed to 930 N Arlington Mill Drive, Arlington VA 22205, USA
3) International bank transfer (contact Sarah at 1-703-798-0575 or sarah@cfnc.us for the bank routing number)

One deposit covers the entire family and is refundable if your application is not accepted.

Give us 10 days to review and approve your application. If accepted, the balance will be due by July 1, 2019.
