Diversity in Business Awards
Daily Herald Business Ledger’s Diversity in Business Awards recognition will honor businesses who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, in business leadership and who bolster equality across all areas of diversity; including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.

Nominated businesses/organizations should have a significant business presence in the Chicago suburbs. If the business/organization does not have a qualifying address in the suburbs, then their suburban presence must be described in the supporting materials which will be requested from the nominee.

The Daily Herald Business Ledger coverage area includes: Cook County, DuPage County, Kane County, Lake County, McHenry County and Will County.

Please use this form to nominate outstanding businesses/organizations for the Diversity in Business Awards.

• Nominations must specify the appropriate category.
• Self nomination is accepted.
• Nominated individuals and/or their companies/organizations must have a physical presence in suburban Chicago.

After the nomination is submitted, the nominated company/organization will be contacted no later than July 1, 2021 with a request to provide the selection committee with materials to support their nomination.

Nomination deadline is July 2, 2021.
