In the event of a weather-related early dismissal, it is important to know where your child will be going
at dismissal. Please keep your phone number and email address updated on Skyward for our automated
notification system.

Local media (radio, internet, and TV) will provide closing information when the
weather is questionable. The RPS website, www.rochesterschools.org, will also keep you informed.

Please take a few moments to complete this form. Your child’s teacher will keep this information on file
to enable us to get your child home safely on inclement weather days. Please notify your child’s teacher
if this plan needs to be changed during the school year.
