TERMS OF SERVICE
I. CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work
begins or payment is submitted.
3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.
5. Please do not abuse how much you will be ordering. It is already a struggle figuring out how much you owe if you order something extremely big. YOU will be asked how much your charging, NUMBERS MUST BE ACCURATE, unless stated otherwise. [ Tips are very appreciated ]
II. PAYMENT
1. Commissions must be paid ahead of time.
2. Payment accepted in [USD] only.
3. Payment will be requested only via [PAYPAL/CASHAPP/KOFI].
III. PROCESS
1. Commissions are generally expected to take [1-2 weeks-A month or 3] from full payment to complete.
2. { If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be
informed. }
3. If you wish to ask for wips, please do so on your own will. I will not send wips unless you ask.
IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
2. A maximum of [5] revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
3. { Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload. }
4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.
V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
2. If I have started the commission at a various stage, I will ensure to refund the amount that I haven't started on. [This meaning, if I sketched your commission, I would only refund the rest because I have only started a portion, REGARDLESS it is work.]
3. If the client ceases contact for over { 1-2 months }, the commission will be considered concluded, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may
have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.
5. { Anyone who is on my blacklist CANNOT be given a commission whatsoever. Meaning, if another person in contact with said blacklisted user, I WILL decline. }
6. If you keep delaying your payment without a given reason, I will cancel the commission. Backing out of auctions without reason will result in a public blacklist.
VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. { Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.}
2. { Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist. }
3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
4. { All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use
licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation. }
5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of
making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
6. If you tend to repost my art, PLEASE credit me somewhere in a description. If not, I will not go through the repost.
VII. ADDITIONS
1. Please do NOT rush me, harass me, Force or Pressure me. I do not condone on being stressed as it deteriorates my mental health.
2. DO NOT place any pieces of my art into any AI generators, this will result on being put in a public blacklist.
3. Blacklisted users are not allowed to receive any pieces of art from me, not any commissions or designs whatsoever. AS THEY ARE ON A BLACKLIST FOR A REASON, it is common sense. Repeatedly asking will result in yourself being blacklisted as well.
4. Asking for NSFW or anything sick/disgusting, will result in being declined and blacklisted.
5. Asking for anything that is my "Dont's" will be declined and depending on what is said will obliged to the rule above this one.
