2020-2021 Montgomery Elementary PTO Membership and Directory Spot Access
On behalf of the Montgomery Elementary PTO we want to welcome you to the 2020-2021 school year!

What is the PTO? The PTO is a Parent-Teacher Organization that provides programs, services, and supplies to supplement the staff and students at Montgomery Elementary. We are made up of Montgomery parents, guardians, teachers and staff members, and it is open to anyone wishing to improve the school environment and student experience at Montgomery Elementary.

What does the PTO do? The PTO coordinates and funds many of the “fun” activities our children enjoy, including: Boosterthon/Carnival Fundraisers, Family Fun Nights, Author Visits, etc. as well as equipment/resources for our students and staff, including: playgrounds, sound equipment, technology, programs, etc. The PTO is proud to make charitable donations to other schools in our district, as well as our sister school, Winton Hills Academy as well.

Why should I join the PTO? There is NO PTO Membership Fee this year but by filling out this form you will have access to the school directory via the Directory Spot app. As a PTO member, you can vote on budget items and expenditures as well. Your child(ren) benefit directly from PTO-sponsored programs and since there are no membership fees or major fundraising events this year we ask that you please consider making a donation to the PTO. The link to make a donation via the PTO's PayPal account will be available after submitting this form and is also available on the PTO Website.

How do I receive the Student Directory? Join the PTO! The app is downloadable for FREE in the App Store. The entire student directory will be available on your mobile phone or desktop computer. MOVING FORWARD: The PTO has gone GREEN! You will be able to print your own class list directly from the Directory Spot app if you prefer a paper copy.

How is my Directory information determined? Please fill out the attached form for the information you would like to use to access the Directory Spot App this year. Your family information will come from FINAL FORMS. Please make sure this information is up to date!!! Those opting out on Final Forms will not be included in the directory, but everyone else will be included! ONLY PTO Members will have access!

Deadline: The PTO welcomes new members throughout the year. However, to receive first access to our app, please complete your membership form no later than Friday, October 2, 2020. The Directory Spot App will be updated once each PTO receives the Final Form Information from the District so please allow them and us time to update Directory Spot with the 2020-2021 information.
