The client must be of legal age to purchase adult-themed art commissions. By submitting this form, client acknowledges that they are of legal age (18 or over).

Payment and refunds:

The artist will send an invoice through PayPal once the client's commission order has been acknowledged and terms are agreed upon.  

Production will only commence after full payment has been made, at the artist's earliest availability and / or convenience. Unpaid commissions will be placed on hold for 3 weeks before voided. Final commission rates will vary depending on the complexity and nature of each individual commission and any requested add-ons.

Refunds can be given, however "Keggy" (the artist) retains the right to pro-rate the amount of the refund depending on the amount of work that has been done up to the point of the refund request.

By commissioning "Keggy" (artist), you (the client), agree to allow the final commissioned artwork to be uploaded on any art galleries and / or online platforms (such as livestreams or Twitter) the artist may possess for public viewing, unless explicitly marked "private" in the commission order form.

Revisions:

The client may request for revisions of the commissioned art work while it is in its sketch phase, up to a maximum count of 3 rounds of revisions.

The client may not request for revisions once digital ink lines or colors have been committed to the commissioned art work. If any key defining aesthetic details are explicitly missing or erroneous (based on references provided by the client), the artist agrees to rectify the commissioned art work accordingly on an individual basis.

Work Hours and Updates:

The artist's work hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, CST. Streaming, emails and communications with  clients are handled within these hours. If a situation or questions arise outside of these hours, the artist will respond on the next business day.

The artist is happy to provide reasonable updates on the progress of commissioned art for clients. The artist also reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission if the artist feels that requests and / or communications have within reason a threatening or harassing nature.

The artist will notify clients of any unforeseen delays in their commissions that may come up, such as family emergencies, medical issues, etc.

Rights:

The artist retains all reproduction rights to use commissioned art work (or digital illustration) for commercial uses including, but not limited to, prints, publications (such as art books), portfolios and publicity material (such as ad banners, posters, etc.)

The client retains all creative ownership of his / her own character(s). All additional characters included in the commissioned art work belong to their respective owners.

The client may not, in any situation or circumstance, reproduce the commissioned art for commercial purposes without the artist's consent or mutual settlement between both parties.

The client may not, in any situation or circumstance, alter the commissioned art in anyway. This includes removing a watermark or signature of any kind, changing particular anatomy details, etc.

The client may upload the commissioned art work (or digital illustration) to any art galleries and / or online platforms given that they properly credit the artist and provide a link to any of the artist's art galleries and / or online platforms.

The WILL NOT DRAW list:

The artist will not work on themes or illustrations that involve sexual gore, vore, death and/or snuff, unbirthing, grossly obese, excessive violence, humiliation, degradation, anything resembling emotional or physical abuse, rape, scat / urine, cub, diaper, zoo, any content that is religiously and / or racially offensive, and reserves the right to decline or reject any commissions for any or no reason(s) at all.

By submitting this form, the client, has understood and consented to all of the above terms and conditions.
