Wiltshire Secondary Music Teacher of the Year 2024
Wiltshire Music Connect, the Music Education Hub for Wiltshire, is delighted to launch the Wiltshire Music Education Awards 2024.  (Wiltshire, not including Swindon, which has its own Music Education Hub.)

These awards are designed to celebrate people and schools in the county who dedicate themselves to creating outstanding music education for children and young people.

Who can nominate: Any adult, over the age of 18, can make a nomination providing they have knowledge of the skills and achievements of the person they are nominating.  For example, nominations can be made by Parents, Music Leaders, Headteachers, Governors, Teachers, School Support Staff etc. Any e-mail addresses provided in this form will be used for contact purposes only and not added to any databases.
 
Criteria
Nominees must:
- Work in a Wiltshire School
- Have engaged with Wiltshire Music Connect over the past academic year  
- Demonstrate a dedication to Secondary School music that inspires and motivates others
- Demonstrate an excellent standard of teaching and learning within National Curriculum music and extra-curricular music
- Have an inclusive approach to music which benefits the whole school
- Have shared their good practice with other schools and/or music teachers  

The deadline for all nominations is 12pm on Tuesday 7 May 2024.
