PNWF Summer Retreat Registration

Registration cost includes both lodging and meals for the entire weekend. For complete event info, visit pnwfattitude.org/summer-retreat.

Registration will close on June 30, or when all spots have been claimed. We will be processing registration forms on a first come, first served basis, and anyone who registers after all spots are filled will be put on a waitlist. If any spots open up after the initial registration period, we will begin making spots available to those on the waitlist.

Additionally, we are accepting donations from community members to go toward those who are experiencing financial hardship. If you'd like to be put on a waitlist for a "scholarship" (full or partial), please email us and if we receive enough funding, we will be in touch with you.

After we receive your registration form, we will contact you with any additional questions we have, or to confirm your registration and send you an invoice. If we do not receive payment within 48 hours of sending an invoice, you will forfeit your spot.

Lodging
All beds are twins (the king beds are actually two twin beds put together, hence the same cost). We've also decided to bring back floor spaces again as an option for folx who would prefer to bring their own bedding and/or air mattresses, and we have space for 2 twin or full air mattresses if you choose to go that route.

Both top and bottom beds on the bunk beds will be utilized. Access to the top bunk requires climbing a ladder on the front of the bunk bed and might be difficult for disabled and/or larger fats. Please keep this in mind and give bottom bunk priority to those who need it if you are comfortable taking a top bunk.

If both your first and second choices for lodging are unavailable, we will let you know and you will be added to our waitlist.

Volunteering
Everyone on the retreat will need to help out in some capacity to make sure the weekend runs smoothly. If you choose the second option, you must be available to meet the organizers in Capitol Hill on Friday morning to load up your car, and help load in before guests arrive.

Since many of us will be traveling to Oregon this year, we want to help organize carpools to get to Government Camp. Please let us know if you need a ride, or are able to give them!
