MCNA Etobicoke Registration Form (Sep 2022- June 2023)
Assalam o Alaikum Parents/ Guardians

In sha Allah MCNA  classes for (Sep - June 2023) will be held online.
Lesson videos and homework will be posted on www.schoology.com and Live Classes will be conducted every  Friday evening.

MCNA classes are designed for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8.

In order to secure your child/children's admission, please pay the fees, complete and submit the form electronically.

Please note that you can register up to 4 children at a time on this form.

Fee structure per Semester:
One child- $25 total
Two children- $40 total
Three or more children- $50 total

An email will be sent close to the start of the classes with instructions on making account on Schoology and course codes.
